Ray’s Tree and Lawn Care is dedicated to attracting and retaining great people.  To ensure all of our employees qualify as legal workers, we use a government-run verification system called E-Verify.  E-Verify is a web-based system that allows businesses like Ray’s to voluntarily check and make sure an employee is legal to work in the United States.

We also partner with organizations such as the Show Me Heroes program to partner with the State of Missouri to connect businesses like Ray’s with unemployed veterans.  To participate in the program, we have pledged to hire veterans, and we take that commitment seriously.  The brave men and women of the military have sacrificed their safety to preserve our freedom and way of life.  We are proud to be Americans and proud to hire veterans.
