Careers

To maintain the high standard of care that people have come to expect of Ray’s requires that we hire talented, hard working professionals who care about doing their job well.  We take great pride in our hiring practices and the people we attract and retain at Ray’s Tree and Lawn Care.  If you’re interested in working for a company that values hard work, career and skill development, Ray’s may be the right place for you.  We want people who have a good attitude, can thrive in a team environment, who enjoy working within a disciplined, safety-focused structure, and who relish the opportunity to work outdoors.

Ray’s Tree and Lawn Care is dedicated to attracting and retaining great people.  To ensure all of our employees qualify as legal workers, we use a government-run verification system called E-Verify.  E-Verify is a web-based system that allows businesses like Ray’s to voluntarily check and make sure an employee is legal to work in the United States.

We also partner with organizations such as the Show Me Heroes program to partner with the State of Missouri to connect businesses like Ray’s with unemployed veterans.  To participate in the program, we have pledged to hire veterans, and we take that commitment seriously.  The brave men and women of the military have sacrificed their safety to preserve our freedom and way of life.  We are proud to be Americans and proud to hire veterans.

Ray’s pays its employees on a weekly basis, and we provide safety and educational training programs designed to help you become one of the best in the business.  We strive to create a great atmosphere where good employees can create satisfying careers.
